1. You must register as a member of Friends Bookstore before you make purchases. Member registration is free of charge.
2. Upon logon, you can enjoy our exclusive shopping offers.
3. After completing the checkout process, we will send an \"Order Confirmation\" email to your registered email address.
4. Once an order is confirmed, no changes can be made. Please review your order carefully before making payment.
5. Currently, we accept credit card payment only.

A. Pickup at Friend Bookstore office<\/strong>
You can come to our office to pick up your order during office hours after receiving the \"Pick-up Confirmation Email\".

B. Self Pick-up at SF Stores \/ SF Lockers (*Hong Kong only)<\/span><\/strong>
You can choose to pick up your order at any SF Stores or SF Lockers. All shipment charges are paid by the recipients.
** Starting from August 6, 2024, SF Express will no longer send SMS messages to notify customers about parcel pickup. Instead, notifications will be sent directly through the \"SFHK App\". Please remember to download and install the \"SFHK App\" and enable push notifications on your phone!<\/span><\/p>
