You can come to our office to pick up your order during office hours after receiving the "Pick-up Confirmation Email".

** Starting from August 6, 2024, SF Express will no longer send SMS messages to notify customers about parcel pickup. Instead, notifications will be sent directly through the "SFHK App". Please remember to download and install the "SFHK App" and enable push notifications on your phone!
